A message dated May 7, 2006, was read stating the Senate has passed                                 
CSHB 107(FIN) with the following amendment and it is transmitted                                    
for consideration:                                                                                  
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 107(JUD)                                                   
     "An Act relating to unlawful obstruction or hindrance of hunting,                              
     fishing, trapping, or viewing of fish or game; and amending Rule                               
     82, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure, and Rule 508, Alaska Rules
